Regents meeting Sept. 23 begins at 2 p.m.ANN ARBOR, Mich.—The University of Michigan Board of Regents will hold its monthly meeting Thursday (Sept. 23) in the Regents' Room, Fleming Building. The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. with a presentation about a Residential Life Initiative. Public comments will be heard at 4 p.m. The agenda will include presentation of a schematic design for the Ann Street parking and action to expand the scope of the Michigan Memorial Phoenix Project.
