EVENT: Panelists will present a five-minute proposal on a policy change that could increase low-income student access/attainment in higher education. Q&A to follow.

  • Kevin Stange, assistant professor of public policy at the University of Michigan’s Ford School
  • Susan Dynarski, U-M professor of public policy, education and economics
