ANN ARBOR—University of Michigan Regentswill begin their monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (June 15) in the Regents’ Room, Fleming Administration Building.

The Ann Arbor campus’ Committee on the Economic Status of the Faculty(CESF) will present its annual report, followed by the U-M-Dearborn Faculty Senate Budget and Finance Board report and the U-M-Flint CESF report.

Requests to speak at the public comments session, on the issue of divestment of tobacco stocks or other topics, must be received by 4 p.m. June 14. Sign up on the Web at www.umich.edu/~regents/publform.html, or e-mail to public.comments@umich.edu. For further information, call (734) 763-5553.

On Friday (June 16) the Regents will continue their public meeting, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Regents’ Room.

Their agenda items will include the proposed divestiture of tobacco securities, faculty appointments and status changes, construction and renovation projects, financial items, and matters related to the U-M-Dearborn and U-M-Flint.
