ANN ARBOR—University of Michigan Regents will begin their monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (July 18) in the Regents’ Room, Fleming Administration Building. The agenda includes the General Fund operating budget and tuition and fees for the Ann Arbor, Dearborn and Flint campuses and the University Health System operating budget for 2002-2003, as well as a report on the 2002-2003 Athletic Department budget. The Regents will hold their public comments session at 4 p.m. University members and others may address their comments to the Regents at this session.
