U-M courses focus on the aftermath of Sept. 11 terrorist attacks

The College of Literature, Science & the Arts at the University of Michigan is offering undergraduate courses focusing on many issues related to the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. The courses and seminars range from conflict in the Islamic world between mainstream Muslims and Islamic extremists and how it is portrayed in the media, to a survey of war in the Middle East since World War I, including the war on terror, to a seminar on literature and evil.
