Regents will meet December 12 in Ann Arbor ANN ARBOR—University of Michigan Regents will begin their monthly meeting at 2:30 p.m. Thursday (Dec. 12) in the Regents Room, Fleming Building, on the main campus. The agenda will include the approval of fire suppression and alarm systems in several residence halls, the installation of artificial turf in Michigan Stadium, and charters outlining the scope of responsibility for the Regents standing committees.
