ANN ARBOR—University of Michigan Regents will begin their monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (April 17) in the Regents Room, Fleming Building. The session will begin with the public comment period. The agenda will include 2003-04 University residence hall and family housing rates and audits of Michigan Public Media.
