ANN ARBOR—The University of Michigan Board of Regents will hold its monthly meeting Thursday (Nov. 20) in the Regents Room, Fleming Building. The meeting will begin with public comments at 1:45 p.m., followed by the regular agenda at 2 p.m.

The agenda will include the provost’s presentation of the University’s budget submission to the state of Michigan for fiscal year 2005, the annual report of the Senate Advisory Committee on University Affairs, and the approval of honorary degree recipients for winter commencement (Dec. 14).
